Pressing and sintering parameters are recorded per batch, not from operator memory. SPC data is available for critical characteristics.

Not yet. Our IATF 16949:2016 certification is in the audit stage, with the certificate expected in Q4 2026. In the meantime we already support automotive programs with PPAP documentation, SPC process control and batch-level traceability, so your supplier approval does not have to wait.

Can you provide material certificates with our shipments?

Yes. Raw material certificates (mill certificates) are available for each powder lot, and batch-level traceability records can be issued alongside the shipment.

Can you support PPAP submissions?

Yes. We prepare PPAP packages at Levels 1 through 5, including dimensional results, material and performance testing, measurement system analysis and process capability data. Timelines are agreed against your submission date.

May we audit your factory?

Yes, and we welcome it. Send us your audit scope and preferred dates and we will arrange the schedule and prepare the documentation you need in advance.

Are your parts RoHS and REACH compliant?

Our products are manufactured to comply with RoHS restricted substance limits and with REACH. Written declarations, including SVHC statements against the current candidate list, are issued on request.
