Soft Magnetic Components
Magnetic performance starts with material purity and density. We produce sintered and composite magnetic parts with tightly controlled chemistry and microstructure.
- Sintered iron and Fe-P pole pieces – high permeability, low coercive force, ideal for DC motors and actuators
- Iron-silicon soft magnetic composites (SMC) – insulated powder particles that allow three-dimensional flux paths and reduced eddy losses in AC applications
- Iron-nickel alloys – for shielding and precision magnetic circuits
- Typical parts: motor pole pieces, rotor and stator segments, sensor cores, relay armatures, inductor bodies, flux guides
Structural and Thermal Components
- Sintered heat sinks and spreaders – copper and aluminium alloys with tailored porosity and geometry

Metal Injection Molded Micro Parts
When a part is measured in millimetres but must perform like a machined component, MIM is the answer. We produce small, complex stainless steel and low-alloy parts with 96-99% density and an as-sintered surface finish that often eliminates polishing.

- Wall thickness: down to 0.3 mm
- Tolerances: ±0.3% typical as-sintered, tighter with machining
